How do I return an item?

RETURN POLICY


If an item arrives damaged or the incorrect item was received, we will replace it, or offer you a store credit. Please email us immediately at Debi@isabellesfinejewelry.com to let us know of any merchandise problems. Please keep all of the packaging material. If the damaged or incorrectly shipped item needs to be returned, we will pay for the return shipping and provide you with postage and mailing information. Please do not return any items until you receive authorization from us. We will not pay for shipping without prior approval.

If you are not satisfied with an item, please return it to us for a refund of the merchandise cost. Return shipping costs will not be refunded, and a restocking fee of $7.99 will be applied. We will refund the merchandise costs for any unused items returned in new condition with its original packaging within 21 days (all Chamilia items must be returned within 10 days) of the delivery date.

Keep the following guidelines in mind:

·      Watches that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All watches must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks.
·       Fine Jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All Fine Jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo
       quality checks.
·       All certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with your merchandise. In addition, all product packaging materials--including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, and any
       other materials in the original shipment--must be returned with your merchandise.
·       A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any items missing its original documentation.
·       Jewelry items with a value of $75.00 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
·        Items valued more than $500.00 must also be insured.
·        We only accept returns for purchases made from www.isabellesfinejewelry.com. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot make any returns for items purchased from other online stores or from local retailers.

All refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Please make sure to pack all items securely to ensure against damage. To verify proof of purchase please include the order number and the purchaser's name with the return.
